How do I know which size to order?
We recommend checking our size guide listed on each product page and our sizing and fitting section below the product description, this will give you the best idea of what you should order.
What does unisex sizing mean?
Unisex apparel fits both men and women using a relaxed, straight-cut design. Men can order their regular size or order a size up for a looser feel. Women who prefer a fitted feel may size down one. All pieces are designed for an everyday comfortable fit.
How do I care for my clothing?
Please review each product description for detailed instructions, including sizing charts, materials, and other important information.
What does “Rooted Meaning” mean?
Every design we create is inspired by scripture and built around a deeper message. You can explore the meaning behind each design on this page.
What makes your apparel different?
We prioritize quality and comfort by using mainly the brand Comfort Colors for our shirts and sweaters. These aren’t your average garments, they’re garment-dyed, premium quality, and get softer the more you wear them. They are long lasting, and compliment our designs well!
SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 2 to 7 business days for fulfillment. Once your order is ready, shipping usually takes an additional 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship through USPS, but depending on your location and the shipping method you choose, your order may also be delivered by UPS or FedEx. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number with all the details.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that to track your package through the carrier’s website and stay updated on its journey to you.
Where is my package shipping from?
Your order ships from the nearest fulfillment center to your location for quicker delivery.
RETURNS & ISSUES
Can I return or exchange my order?
Typically, each piece is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges based solely on sizing, color preference, or a change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review sizing charts and product details before ordering. However, If your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, you may request a return for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of delivery. We’re here to serve you and want you to feel confident wearing your faith. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly issue a replacement or full refund to make it right. Please see our Return/Refund Policy here for more info.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Just reach out with your order number and photos. We’ll take care of it and make sure you get what you ordered.
How long do I have to report an issue?
Please report any issues (wrong item, damage, or misprint) within 7 days of receiving your order so we can help resolve it promptly.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it — what do I do?
If your tracking says “delivered” but the package hasn’t shown up, we recommend first checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. In many cases, packages arrive within a couple of days after being marked as delivered. Once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier (typically USPS), and delivery issues fall outside of our control. We kindly ask that you reach out directly to USPS with your tracking number for further assistance. If you still need help after doing so, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
I entered the wrong shipping address — can I fix it?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please reach out to us right away. If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Orders move quickly, so changes aren’t always possible. We kindly remind customers to double-check their address at checkout, as entering the correct information is their responsibility.

I didn’t get my order confirmation email, what should I do?
If you didn’t receive your confirmation email, first check your spam or junk folder, sometimes it hides there! If it’s not there, just let us know your name and any order details, and we’ll make sure to help you!

No worries! Just fill out our contact form and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay for a quick and secure checkout experience.
I didn’t get a confirmation email. Did my order go through?
Confirmation emails are sent automatically once your order is placed. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder. Still missing? Reach out to us at contact@mountainfaithco.com and we’ll check on it for you.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
We typically begin production shortly after your order is placed. If you need to make a change, email us within 1 hour of ordering and we’ll do our best to help.
