Refund policy

Made-to-Order Items

Because each item is custom-created just for you, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or a change of mind. We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and photos carefully before placing an order.

That said, we truly care about your experience. If you’re unsatisfied with your item and it’s unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, we may approve a return for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of delivery. We want you to feel confident wearing your faith, and we’ll always do our best to work with you.

Please note:
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange (not refunds)

To begin a return, email contact@mountainfaithco.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Photos may be requested to help us review the issue.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains a defect, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Please contact contact@mountainfaithco.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction matters, and we want to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that are:
• Worn, washed, or altered
• Past 14 days from delivery
• Marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards

We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide meaningful, custom apparel made with care.


Refund Process

If a refund is approved due to a product issue or fulfillment error, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. However, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days to appear in your account.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received the funds, please reach out to us at contact@mountainfaithco.com and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
