Mountain Faith Co. currently ONLY ships within the United States. We begin creating your item once your order is placed.

Fulfillment Time
Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be fulfilled. This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping Time
After fulfillment, shipping usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We keep shipping simple.
- $5.95 flat rate on all US orders.
- Free shipping on orders over $75

Shipping costs are shown at checkout so you always know exactly what to expect.

Total Delivery Time
From the time you place your order, please allow 5–12 business days for your item to arrive.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS, though some items may ship through alternative carriers depending on the delivery address.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when checking out. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at contact@mountainfaithco.com and we’ll do our best to update it before your order is fulfilled. Once a package has shipped, we’re not able to change the address, and the carrier may require additional steps from you to retrieve it. But don’t worry — we’ll help guide you on what to do next.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, it may still show up within the next couple of days. Sometimes USPS scans items early or leaves them in a secure location. We recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office for more details. Once a package is with the carrier, they’re the best source for tracking updates, but we’re always here to help point you in the right direction.
